What is evidence-based psychotherapy?
Evidence-based psychotherapy is a term for treatments that have been shown to be effective for specific mental health conditions over years of psychological research.  I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy, an evidence-based treatment that helps you to identify and change the environmental factors, thought processes, and behaviors that perpetuate mental health problems.
